Uploading a candidate

From your Dashboard go to Talent Network and click Add Talent. Select how you want to upload the candidate – either Manually or Automatically via parsing. Follow the steps and your new candidate can be found in your Talent Network!

Adding a candidate to a job

Go back to your Dashboard, head to Jobs and choose the job in question. Then hit Applicants, click Shortlisted Candidates and select your candidate. All you need to do from there is press Add and that candidate will be connected directly to the job.
