Make Leo, Not War ☮️

What an eventful week it’s been – Prince Harry and Meghan have announced they will be stepping down from royal duty, tensions with Iran and the US continue to escalate and a Japanese billionaire has put an ad out to find a travel companion to the moon...

Is it just me or is the world becoming an extremely confusing place? It’s easy for us to feel a bit helpless in these times of weird and wonderful uncertainty.

But don’t let it get to you, luckily there are still some things left that you can control. So let’s focus on those 😅 Here are the changes we’ve made to Leo to empower you this week!

1. Instant Profiles

Recruitd Data Search Blog

Every recruiter faces that fatal choice: bad candidate data or days lost to candidate record management... until now. Just provide the email address of a candidate (with their permission) and Leo will do the rest: creating a record with all of the candidate's info, including: 💬 name, 📍 location, 🏆 skills, 📚 industries, and 🔐 current and previous experience. Every recruiter needs this tool in their 2020 workflow!

2. Customisable Interview Stages

Customisable Interview Stages Blog

How many interview stages do you have? Get ready to save your team and partners a bunch of time AND admin. Just set up each stage in your process, remove any unnecessary steps, sync-up all parties in the equation and take your interview collaboration to a brand new level 🙌

3. Automated Stage Progression

Automated stage movement Blog

Moving through the hiring process has never been so quick and easy. ✨ When an agency submits candidates to an employer, Leo automates the stage movement for everyone involved and prompts the hiring manager or recruiter who is waiting to review. Go go go!

From the last week in January, I’ll be leading free webinars for anyone who wants to learn more about Leo. First up, I’ll be running through the platform and answering any questions on Leo. To attend, just get in touch and I’ll add you to the list!

That’s all for this week but I’ll be back with some more incredible updates soon – and I hope to see your face at my first webinar at the end of January! Until then, have a great week and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or feedback.
